8 Limbs
Some or all of the courses created in this site are based on the teachings of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. The training will stem from the 5 Self-Restraints: Non- Violence, Non-Lying, Non-Stealing, Self-Control, and Non-Attachment and 5 Self-Developments: Purity, Contentment, Austerity, Self-study, and God-Realization.
